That is why personally I find it very hard not to eat fast food. There are four or five fast food restaurants within one mile, or so, of my house. That is why I find myself eating fast food two or three times a week depending on how much money I have. Its cheap, good, and you can almost get it at any time, and anywhere you want. It is not like eating fast food one time will kill you, but eating it two or three times a week for multiple years will. The main thing I keep asking myself is; how long am I going to keep this up? It has been a growing habit that continues to creep up on me. One year I am begging to get fast food because we don’t have it enough. The next thing I know I find myself becoming increasingly tired of it because I eat it way too much. My health plays a big part in what I do for fun, and my hobbies.
